Yesterday, I watched Oprah and they featured how pedophiles are victimizing teens in the US. The discussion was an eye opener to all viewers especially to complacent parents who tolerate their kids to use internet web cam. They strongly advise parents not to buy webcams to their teens as this is what pedophiles use to connect with children.
I am a teacher by profession and a child advocate. And I abhor people who take advantage of children in any form.

haha how could you be so confident in saying that most of the scandals come from bacolod? we'll in fact culturally iloilo people are more liberal than negrosanons. people only remember the bacolod scandals cause, well, i admit they were kinda cute lol. i'm not against your cause but get ur facts straight first. cebu i think produces porn (isnt that great? lol) but who cares where these came from, the thing is it's there and we should address it generally and not pinpoint inaccurately.
